At Maison Elan, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect Product: If the wrong product was delivered to you.
  2. Defective Products: If the product has a defect. (Refer to Point 8 for additional details.)
  3. Shipping Damage: If the product was damaged during shipping. You can opt for a free exchange or request a refund by contacting us at maisonelan33@gmail.com

Note: Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for a change of mind.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its arrival. Following the inspection, you’ll be notified if your refund request is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at maisonelan33@gmail.com. Wait for our response, and we’ll provide instructions for returning the item and the return address.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank to confirm the processing status.
